(20 minutes)
Come and Quiet your Mind as you
seek the Divine.
This spiritual experience provides
an opportunity to rest in the silence and deepen our
awareness of Spirit within us. A facilitator will briefly
open by reading a thought for the day and will close
by stating the affirmation once again. The time between
the two readings - about 15 minutes - will be held in
sacred silence.

to their own special program, held every week during
the 11:00 o'clock service. Spread the word! See a sample of the children's

Affirmative Prayer for Mothers Day:
Recognition: Today I
remember that the world was meant to express JOY—God’s
JOY in creating and being.
Unification: I
am made up of Godstuff Itself (for God is all).
Realization: I
know that I was created to experience and express
JOY—to BE JOY, TO FEEL JOY. This is the Truth of Who
I Am!
Thanksgiving: I
gratefully--with a full heart and pure mind--accept
the JOY that I AM and that my world IS.
As I do so, everything that is not aligned with this
JOY automatically falls away.
It dissolves back into its native nothingness,
losing all appearance of being Real.
Release: I AM
JOY, AND I AM OPEN TO EXPERIENCING JOY. And so it
is!

If you would like to join OSC as a member, attend the May 20
Introduction to SOM Class and fill out the form (located on the hall table).
Give the form to a Core Council member or put it in the offering basket.
Requirements for membership are simply attendance at an Introductory Class
or Foundations Class, regular attendance and a commitment to one’s self to
grow spiritually.
OSC welcomes you at whatever level of
participation you choose!
